My Office staff is my pride and joy, and I am proud to present them to you. Everyone is "cross-trained" and would be able to help you with any service questions that you may have. However, there are some specialties that each person is responsible for.
Linda Bowersox Linda is the Office Manager and coordinates the entire office responsibilities for Customer Service. All new life and annuity applications, premium billing, statement billings, and all payments are in Linda's area of expertise.
Her friendly voice will probably be the first one you hear when you call the office in the morning. Her easy smile and enthusiasm sets the tone for all of us that work with her.
Diane Jennings Diane is responsible for all life and annuity proposals and illustrations. She also is in charge of the critical service areas of policy loans, cash surrenders and all types of policy changes and adjustments. Diane's hard work and high level of effort make her a most important and needed member of our staff.
Tim Horan Tim is vice president and sales manager for the agency. He is licensed for life, health and annuities. He will soon be licensed for equity sales as well. Previously, Tim was an electrical engineer at BAE Systems in Binghamton and brings a great deal of computer knowledge and work experience with him. Tim and his wife live in Baldwinsville with their two children.
